Vladimir Kokorin is a Spanish businessman of Russian heritage, specializing as a venture investor in IT and a legal expert with over 25 years of experience. He is a highly regarded consultant in corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Since 2019, Vladimir Kokorin has primarily lived in Hong Kong and Tel Aviv.
In 2022, he co-founded Tumodo, a cutting-edge digital platform for corporate travel. Using AI and advanced technologies, the platform streamlines business travel planning, organization, and optimization. It offers more than 400 airlines and over two million accommodation options, helping over 1,000 companies globally reduce travel costs by up to 35%. The company has offices in key cities including Hong Kong, the UAE, India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.
In 2011, Vladimir Kokorin established the British consulting firm Business Capital Consulting & Management Partners LLP (BCCM Group). The firm provides services in investment consulting, tax planning, and asset protection, and manages teams of experts across various fields. BCCM Group supports clients worldwide in establishing their business presence across diverse regions.
Born in 1978, Vladimir Kokorin completed his education in the UK, graduating with honors from Nottingham Law School. Before 2006, he worked in an auditing company. He later joined a multinational corporation, where he became the head of the corporate department, overseeing legal structuring and M&A support.
In his personal life, Vladimir Kokorin enjoys music, learning guitar at Berklee College of Music. He is married and has three children.
